If you happen to discover any of our products being offered at a lower price elsewhere, we are committed to making every effort to match that price. We assure you that we will do our utmost to match prices from all across the UK, including those with cashback, discounts, and promotional codes.

To request a Price Match, simply fill out our online Price Match form with the price you’d like us to match and provide a link to the website where you found the better price. Our team will promptly review the competitor’s website and get in touch with you within 4 working hours to confirm whether we can match the price.

If we confirm that we can match the competitor’s price, we will apply the price match to your order at the time of purchase.

Terms & Conditions:

1. We do not offer price matching for marketplace auction sites like eBay or price comparison websites.
2. Our price match includes the competitor’s delivery price.
3. We exclusively price match against reputable online retailers in the UK.
4. Price matching applies only to online purchases; in-store purchases are not eligible.
5. The product on our competitor’s site must be identical to the product on our site and offered on the same terms.
6. The product must be in stock and available for delivery within 7 days from the competitor.
7. Price matching does not apply to bundles or multi-product transactions; quantities may be limited at TrueAV’s discretion.
8. We are unable to offer price matching for products purchased on finance.
9. Any pricing errors on either TrueAV.co.uk or the competitor’s website are not covered by the price match.
10. We cannot match a price if doing so would result in a loss for our company.
11. We retain the right to withdraw our price match promise at any time.
12. The decision of TrueAV will be final on all claims made under our price match promise.
